Is your teenager ready for the next musical challenge? Under the direction of actor, director, and arts educator Mona Lim, this three-week teen intensive musical based on the popular movie series is for the student who already has some performance experience and wants to dive deeper into musical theatre.  Disney's High School Musical Jr. features the students of East High as they deal with issues of love, friends and family while balancing their classes and extra curricular activities. The show’s infectious, danceable songs are sure to engage performers and audiences alike.  Students will spend time working on vocals, movement, and acting in preparation for a fully staged production with lights, set, costumes, and their amazing skills!

Is your young performer ready for a role in a musical? Then this camp is for them! Based on the beloved movie musical, Disney's Frozen Jr. brings Elsa, Anna, and the magical land of Arendelle to life, onstage. The show features all of the memorable songs from the animated film plus five new songs written for the Broadway production. Under the direction of actor, director, and arts educator Mona Lim, this camp’s safe and rewarding environment will offer campers the opportunity to explore introductory aspects of musical theatre, build lifelong skills, meet new friends, and perform on a professional stage!

Cost: $250 resident / $300 non-resident

Led by entertainment industry professionals, participants in this camp will learn skills in working with scenery, rigging, audio, sound and lighting equipment, culminating in the live performance supporting the Disney's Frozen, Jr. summer camp production.

Scholarships
Need- and talent-based scholarships are available through generous support from the Central Park Performing Arts Foundation. Before & After Care
Before and After Care is available during all summer camps. Before Care is from 7:30am-9am and After Care is from 4pm-5:30pm. Cost is $10/week for members ($13/week for non-members).
