British blues virtuoso Joanne Shaw Taylor has nothing to prove, but plenty to say. Joanne’s adopted home town of Detroit influenced her with the sounds of gritty soul greats Aretha, Tina and Mavis Staples. Endorsed by guitarist Joe Bonamassa, he has described her as a "superstar in waiting” in the blues/rock world. Her fiery guitar chops and powerful voice have resulted in sellouts across the UK and Europe with her ever growing worldwide fan base. Rising star, JD SIMO will open the show. Rolling Stone says “J.D. Simo spins soulful psychedelic blues rock with an improvisational bent reminiscent of the Grateful Dead and Stevie Ray Vaughan”.
