Ticket Delivery
Tickets purchased two or more weeks in advance of an event can be mailed for a $3 fee, or placed in Will Call at no cost. Tickets purchased within 10 days of a performance will be held at Will Call.
Missing Tickets
Lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets will be replaced at the discretion of CPPAC staff and only to the buyer on record. Tickets will be released only to the buyer on record with photo ID. If you have not received your tickets in the mail within ten (10) business days of your order, please contact the box office.
Gift Certificates
CPPAC offers gift certificates in any denomination and can be purchased over the phone or in person.
Discounts & Subscriptions
Discounts are available at select performances for children 12 and under, students 22 and under, CPPAC volunteers, and City of Largo employees. Discounts are not available for purchase online. Please see performance descriptions for available discounts or call the box office for further information.

Group Sales
Discounts are available at select performances for groups of ten or more. Contact box office for further details.
Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be made for missed performances due to illness, death, medical emergency, extreme weather, traffic, etc.
Accessibility
Wheelchair and mobility-impaired seating is available at all performances for eligible patrons. Please contact the box office for arrangements before placing your order.
Policies
- CPPAC is not responsible for tickets purchased through third parties.
- Events, dates, and times are subject to change.
- All tickets are subject to handling fees per the City of Largo.
- All sales are final.
- All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre. A complimentary lap pass for children under two can be obtained through the box office on day of show.

The box office reopens one hour prior to each performance and closes 15 minutes following the beginning of the performance. During this time, online and phone sales are no longer available and priority is given to patrons in line for that day’s performance.
The venue and box office are closed on the following dates:

Arrivals
Doors to the CPPAC lobby open one hour prior to performances. Doors into the theatre open 30 minutes prior to performances. All performances begin promptly on time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of CPPAC staff.
Parking
Free parking is available outside the East and West side entrances of CPPAC, around Largo Central Park, and at the Largo Public Library. A complimentary charging station is located on the West side parking lot for electric vehicles.

Food & Beverage
Soft drinks, water, coffee, a full bar, and light snacks and candy are available for purchase in the lobby at Concessions for all performances.
Any food or beverage purchased at CPPAC is allowed inside the theatre. Outside food and beverage is not permitted in the building. Concessions are cash only.
ATM
An ATM is available for your convenience in the CPPAC lobby.
Accessible Seating
Wheelchair and mobility-impaired seating is available at all performances for eligible patrons. Please contact the box office for more information.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at CPPAC and allowed anywhere in the building that their handler is allowed. A service animal is defined by the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) as a dog individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit an individual with a disability (including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability).
Therapy animals, comfort pets, companion animals, and "social/therapy" animals are not considered service animals. However, CPPAC will allow these types of animals unless: the animal poses a direct threat to the safety of our patrons or staff, is not housebroken, or is not under the control of their handler and on a harness or leash at all times.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted-listening devices are available free of charge and on a first-come-first-served basis. Photo ID is required as a deposit and will be returned upon return of the device.
ASL Interpreters
Sign Language Interpreters are available at select performances.
Facilities
The CPPAC restrooms are fully accessible.
Ramps
The East and West entrance into CPPAC both feature wheelchair-accessible ramps.
The following items are prohibited inside the Central Park Performing Arts Center
- Illegal drugs
- No outside food or drink
- Professional cameras and/or camera equipment
- No professional audio/video equipment
- Oversized bags or backpacks exceeding 18” x 14” x 8”
- Medical and parenting bags exceeding this size are permitted but are subject to search
- Bags must fit comfortably under your seat
Patrons bringing such items into the Theater will be required to return them to their vehicle. We regret that we are unable to check in items at the Theater.
